ISMAYA OUTLETS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSING

For more than 17 years, “Creating the Good Life” has always been the core value that has fueled ISMAYA from the get-go. And in this unprecedented time, it also means that here at ISMAYA Group, we put the health and safety of our guests and team members first. 

As the Covid-19 pandemic has intensified in Indonesia over the past couple of weeks, our team members have worked hard to keep delivering high quality hospitality and experiences for all of our guests,  while providing the cleanest and safest environment possible. Despite our commitment and increased efforts in cleaning, sanitizing and other recommended best practices to promote a healthy environment, it is now apparent that this is a public health crisis that requires major collective action if we are to slow its progression.

We believe that as a company and as individuals, we all share the responsibility in fighting this pandemic together. For this reason, we fully support the local government’s recommendations of closing down all restaurants, bars, and office operations. We are asking all of our team members to be mindful of others by participating in the practice of self-isolation and avoiding crowded spaces as a significant safety precaution during these times.

For this very reason,  all of our establishments in Indonesia will be closed until further notice. The decision has been carefully made for the safety and good of our team members, guests and communities.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people who have been affected by this unfortunate global event. We will continue to monitor the latest information and recommendations from health and government authorities to ensure the timeliness of our response.
