Job Description
Responsible for
wine
recommendation to the guest during operational hours
Will be responsible to improve
wine sales and reach target revenue monthly
Suggest wine
of the month promotions together with the Head Sommelier to improve sales
Responsible for daily
wine
inventory and monthly wine inventory
Monitoring the condition of the
wine cellar to ensure optimal storage
In Charge for daily basis training during briefing in order to remind promotions and wines
by glass to the floor Staff
Weekly training to Staff for basic knowledge
Has to assist to the monthly training with the Head Sommelier
Willing to be placed in Semarang area
Job Requirements
Fluent English
Social skills in order to approach guests
At least 1-2 years working as a
wine
sommelier
or involved in the
wine program for fine casual restaurants
Have good knowledge about wine
process and most important wine appellations, different styles of
wines,
wine
pairing.
Good presence
Confidence
Organized and Responsible with work duties
