Job Description
  • Responsible for wine recommendation to the guest during operational hours
  • Will be responsible to improve wine sales and reach target revenue monthly
  • Suggest wine of the month promotions together with the Head Sommelier to improve sales
  • Responsible for daily wine inventory and monthly wine inventory
  • Monitoring the condition of the wine cellar to ensure optimal storage
  • In Charge for daily basis training during briefing in order to remind promotions and wines by glass to the floor Staff
  • Weekly training to Staff for basic knowledge
  • Has to assist to the monthly training with the Head Sommelier
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang area
Job Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Social skills in order to approach guests 
  • At least 1-2 years working as a wine sommelier or involved in the wine program for fine casual restaurants
  • Have good knowledge about wine process and most important wine appellations, different styles of wines, wine pairing. 
  • Good presence
  • Confidence
  • Organized and Responsible with work duties
