Supervise the activity of the team at Bar Section and assists the Managers in controlling the day to day operations.
Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all bartender, track beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning.
Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Bar Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing.
Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the bar/pantry area as well as maintaining the inventory for alcohol, drinks and other bar supplies.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position
Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude.
Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.
Must be a highly committed individual.
Well groomed and Presentable.
Willing to work late hours.
