Job Description

BRANDS:

- Responsible for wine recommendation to the guest during operational hours

- Will be responsible to improve wine sales and reach target revenue monthly

- Suggest wine of the month promotions together with the Head Sommelier to improve sales

- Responsible for daily wine inventory and monthly wine inventory

- Monitoring the condition of the wine cellar to ensure optimal storage

- In Charge for daily basis training during briefing in order to remind promotions and wines by glass to the floor Staff

- Weekly training to Staff for basic knowledge

- Has to assist to the monthly training with the Head Sommelier

Job Requirements

- Fluent English

- Social skills in order to approach guests 

- At least 1-2 years working as a wine sommelier or involved in the wine program for fine casual restaurants

- Have good knowledge about wine process and most important wine appellations, different styles of wines, wine pairing. 

- Good presence

- Confidence

- Organized and Responsible with work duties
