Your role involves creating & managing training program to improve staff skills and overseeing cellar operations. Also, collaborate with Operations Manager to propose new drink and alcohol list

Job Requirements
  • Have cultivated at least 3+ years of managerial experience in bar operations, or facilities within international hotel.
  • Have a good understanding of beverages, wine and alcohol.
  • Customer oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • High attention to detail, with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Willing to be placed at Manarai, Nusa Dua, Bali
